The Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Team announced the renewal of contracts for several of its top racers, along with new signings, aiming to ensure technical stability and build upon the major successes achieved over the past years. This move is part of the Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club's strategy to enhance its competitive presence in world championships. According to a club statement released yesterday, the contract renewals included racer Rashid Al Qamzi, who brings over 15 years of experience with the team, during which he has won the F2 World Championship title five times, in addition to clinching the Rouan Classic 24 Hours race in the F1 class. The team also announced the signing of racer Mansour Al Mansoori (an F2 racing champion), who continues his journey with the team for more than five consecutive seasons, showcasing consistent levels and contributing to the team's results and strong presence across various rounds. The decision also included renewing the contract with racer Rashid Al Mulla, the world champion in the Freestyle discipline of jet skiing and a six-time world title holder in this category. He has been racing with Abu Dhabi for over nine seasons and represents one of the team's pillars in international jet ski competitions. In turn, the club's Executive Director of the Abu Dhabi Team and Modern Sports, Tani Al Qamzi, confirmed that "renewing the racers' contracts comes as part of a clear vision aimed at maintaining successful elements and supporting continuity." He also pointed out that "the commitment and high technical level offered by these champions played the biggest role in the achievements made under Abu Dhabi's name in various championships."
